- Change A/C filters when the time changes each Spring and Fall.
- Clean gutters in Spring.
- Look for signs of foundation problems (cracks above windows or doors).
- Wash your siding.
- Fill in driveway cracks. Winter ice tends to get in cracks and make them wider.
- Check for signs of critters in your attic
- Have your a/c system serviced when the time changes each Spring and Fall.

- Change smoke detector batteries each year.
- Remove lint from your dryer exhaust.
- If you use a wood burning fireplace, have a chimney sweep out every 3 years.
- Ensure that your alarm system is in working order

- Each year wash cook top vent hood filters to remove grease.
- Inspect you deck for nails or screws that have worked loose.
- Test your sprinkler system in the Spring.
